OUR PHILOSOPHY
ON WEDDINGS AND ELOPEMENTS
We've been Montana wedding photographers and Montana elopement photographers for nearly 14 years, and we've come to some conclusions about this whole getting married thing. When it comes down to it, it is incredibly simple and simply incredible. In this crazy, wild world, you've found your one person and you're choosing to navigate this life together for the rest of your days. You're making forever promises, declaring those promises to the world and celebrating the joy of it all with the people that you love the most.
It's all very beautiful and very simple.
And your photography experience should be, too. Wedding and elopement days are meant to be LIVED in real time and experienced fully, with JOY, intention and connection. It shouldn't be a march centered around photography or must-do traditions that don't make your hearts sing.

Our photography style is rooted in beautifully lit, emotive, documentary style storytelling with the core belief that candid, real minutes and unposed moments are what make the most authentic, joyful memories ... and therefore, the most incredible imagery. We’re real, down to earth humans and our goal is always to add joy, structure, comfort, realism and beauty to your day.

Dreaming of a romantic, joyful, runaway elopement in Montana? You've found your dream Montana elopement photographer & planners! We think making big, beautiful promises in big, beautiful places is a pretty extraordinary way to start a marriage! We focus on both sweet classic elopements and spectacular adventure style elopements in Glacier National Park, across Montana and anywhere your love takes you. We offer photography only Montana elopement packages as well as fully planned, all inclusive Montana elopement packages.
WHAT IS AN ELOPEMENT OR VOW EXCHANGE? Elopements are typically very small events with limited (15ish) to no guests and are focused entirely on the couple and their marrying experience.
CLASSIC & ADVENTURE ELOPEMENTS
CLASSIC MONTANA ELOPEMENTS typically takes place at one or two locations - maybe a backyard, church or courthouse ceremony followed by beautiful couples images nearby and relaxed memory making. We love these emotive, sweet, refreshing affairs!
ADVENTURE MONTANA ELOPEMENTS are just that - adventures. They're focused on experiencing your love in the great outdoors - perhaps a clifftop ceremony and an afternoon spent racing around colorful mountain bends, chasing the light and wandering out to grand vistas for amazing couples images and laughter soaked sunsets. Big love just seems to fit better in spaces big enough to hold it.
SIMPLE & ALL INCLUSIVE MONTANA ELOPEMENT PACKAGES
Couples elope BECAUSE they want an easy, carefree marrying experience and that’s where we come in. We focus on both sweet, simple elopements and all inclusive Montana elopements with all of the bells & whistles to help make eloping in Montana an effortless dream! We offer incredible, fully planned, all inclusive elopement experiences that allow for a truly easy & joyful marry making process for our couples. A gorgeous mini picnic & sweet little cake to nosh on in the mountains, a cozy catered dinner in your backyard, the perfect person to marry you, wedding florals to make your heart sing... we'll plan and take care of it all so that you can just focus on getting married in a beautiful place and in a really beautiful way with two feet on the ground & your head in the clouds.
GLACIER NATIONAL PARK ELOPEMENTS, MONTANA ELOPEMENTS & BEYOND
We cater to Glacier National Park elopement days, Glacier National Park weddings and Montana elopements all across the state, but we'll travel anywhere your love takes you! Being local Glacier National Park photographers means that we know that wild, unruly place very well. She can be equal parts tumultuous & magnificent. We've mastered her finicky light and weather over the years, and work hard to make magic no matter the season or circumstance. And being Montanans that love exploring, means we know our beloved state pretty darn well, too, so we enjoy discovering new elopement locales and vistas. Dreaming of an intimate micro wedding in Montana? A cozy, elegant soiree with just your closest humans? A Montana micro weddings is a beautiful event with no more than 50 guests and merges the best parts of classic weddings and elopements into one incredible hybrid experience. They are brimming with love, easy, relaxed structure and lots of quiet, intimate moments that let you truly enjoy your day. Many clients opt to add one of our incredible adventure sessions to their intimate wedding days to round out their wedding gallery with gorgeous mountaintop couples portraits!
CLASSIC MONTANA WEDDINGS
Classic Montana weddings are just what they sound like - larger sized events with 50+ guests and more traditional timeline activities that typically require more coverage. Imagine bustling, full sized wedding parties and epic dance parties. We travel all over Montana and the country for incredible weddings and cool couples, and we'll go wherever great big love leads us. You've found your dream Montana wedding photographer team! Many of our classic Montana wedding clients opt to add amazing wedding adventure sessions to round out their gorgeous wedding storytelling.
WEDDING ADVENTURE SESSIONS
Dreaming of those iconic, romantic wedding images in the sweeping mountains but don't plan to elope? Let's add a Montana adventure session to your wedding photography package! These are also available a la carte. Our adventure sessions are incredible and add a beautiful element to your wedding imagery and storytelling while also taking some pressure off the wedding day. We'll go exploring in the mountains together and capture incredible couples imagery! No stress, no pressure - just a relaxed evening. Armed with good humor, tasty snacks & maybe some adult beverages, we'll take our time and create real art & beautiful memories!
